Daily offerings will include 30min morning meditation followed by a 90min-2hr practice in the morning, the evening will be a range of optional practices - Budokon, HipHop, Thai Massage, AcroYoga, and Restorative. Izzy’s creativity captures your mind and bodies attention as you deepen your breath. All classes are held in a beautiful open-air thatched roof platform facing the Pacific Ocean.
Three healthy delicious meals are served each full day of the retreat. Afternoons will serve as time to explore: surf, hike, kayak, bike, snorkel, stand up paddle, or just straight chill with a session at the spa or time in the pool.

-To get there, book a flight to Panama City (PTY), only a 4.5 hour direct flight from NYC. It's recommend to arrive one day early to see Panama city and settle in, but you can also take a redeye and arrive early on the first day. A shuttle will pick you up from the Casco Viejo area in Panama CIty Sunday morning to bring you to Sansara. On the return, a shuttle will bring everyone back to Panama City. Plan to depart that evening, or stay a night in the city and leave the following morning.
